Breakfast Parfait
No time for breakfast? No problem, serve yourself this quick parfait and go. Or it can make a perfect snack if you had a light or early lunch. It is very satisfying and tasty!
Ingredients:
- 6 ounces Plain Greek Yogurt, Fat Free
- 1/2 Cup Blackberries
- 1/2 Cup Raspberries
- 1 Tablespoon Goji Berries
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Flakes, unsweetened
- 2 Tablespoons Almonds, slivered
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- Mix all ingredients into a bowl or large cup and enjoy!
