Breakfast Parfait


Breakfast Parfait


No time for breakfast? No problem, serve yourself this quick parfait and go. Or it can make a perfect snack if you had a light or early lunch. It is very satisfying and tasty!


Ingredients:
  • 6 ounces Plain Greek Yogurt, Fat Free
  • 1/2 Cup Blackberries
  • 1/2 Cup Raspberries
  • 1 Tablespoon Goji Berries
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Flakes, unsweetened
  • 2 Tablespoons Almonds, slivered
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
Cooking Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients into a bowl or large cup and enjoy!
